Benn set to join Bulls for Big Bash


West Indies spin bowler Sulieman Benn is set to join the Queensland Bulls and will play in this years KFC Big Bash which starts next Monday.

Benn was banned for two one-day internationals by match referee Chris Broad after a heated exchange with Australians Brad Haddin and Mitchell Johnson during the recent test match in Perth.

He will join Andrew Symonds in the Bulls squad who is himself no stranger to on field controversy and the pair could form a dangerous spin bowling partnership as the Bulls look to qualify for next years Twenty20 Champions League.

If Benn joins the Bulls he will become the fifth Windies cricketer set to play in this years Big Bash. His teamates already signed up include Chris Gayle (Warriors), Dwayne Bravo (Bushrangers), Kieron Pollard (Redbacks) and Dwayne Smith (Blues).
