McCullum gives Volts injury scare

There has been an injury scare for the Otago Volts team upon arrival in India for the Champions League Twenty20 tournament.

Black Caps off-spinner Nathan McCullum has been forced to sit out Tuesday nights warm-up against the Deccan Chargers.

Coach Mike Hesson said McCullum has a groin problem but he should be available for their second warm-up match.

Hesson said they're hopeful McCullum will be okay for their game tomorrow but they're not rushing him into action.

Nathan McCullum's absence leaves Otago with just 10 fit players, meaning video analyst Anthony Bullick will wield a bat in Tuesday's match.
