Warriors bat first in Champions League Final

Chevrolet Warriors skipper Davy Jacobs has won the toss and elected to bat first against the Chennai Super Kings in the Twenty20 Champions League final at the Wanderers.

Both teams come into the final having completed comprehensive victories in the semi finals and with batsman like Jacobs and Suresh Raina playing the game will surely be a high scoring affair.

Both teams have named unchanged line ups meaning Matthew Hayden misses out for the Super Kings in what could be the last game for many of his teammates with the IPL champions before the player auctions in November.

Chevrolet Warriors team - DJ Jacobs*, AG Prince, CA Ingram, CA Thyssen, MV Boucher, JP Kreusch, J Botha, N Boje, J Theron, M Ntini, LL Tsotsobe.

Chennai Super Kings team - MEK Hussey, M Vijay, SK Raina, MS Dhoni*, S Badrinath, S Anirudha, JA Morkel, R Ashwin, L Balaji, DE Bollinger, M Muralitharan.
