Gloucestershire's dreadful season was given some lift as they comfortably beat Glamorgan by seven wickets in a Twenty20 clash at Bristol on Friday.
Gloucestershire restricted Glamorgan to 128-9 with Carl Greenidge and Martin Ball each taking three wickets, Sourav Ganguly falling for a first-ball duck.
Once Phil Weston and Craig Spearman had put on a rapid 59 in reply, the hosts were always favourites to cruise home.
And they duly passed the winning post off the last ball of the 18th over.
