Leicestershire confirmed their place in the last eight with victory over Yorkshire Phoenix in the final round of group games and now host Ben Hutton's Middlesex, who were runners-up in the South Division.
Last year's runners-up Surrey Lions face Warwickshire Bears at The Brit Oval and Dominic Cork meets his former side as Lancashire Lightning entertain North Division rivals Derbyshire Phantoms.
The other match sees Somerset Sabres travel to Northamptonshire Steelbacks.
The draw was made by former England captain Nasser Hussain and David Lloyd during the interval at England's opening NatWest Challenge match against Australia at Headingley.
The quarter-final ties will be held on Monday July 18.
