The Glamorgan Dragons hold the advantage at the SWALEC Stadium after restricting the Hampshire Royals to a total of just 114-9.
Having won the toss and elected to bat; the Royals got off to a bad start losing openers Michael Lumb (1) and Jimmy Adams (6) inside the first 2 overs.
With the Dragons spinners on top the Royals struggled as Sean Irvine (7) was dismissed by Robert Croft at the start of the third over.
Michael Carberry scored a vital 34 runs but with support only coming from Neil McKenzie (21) down the order the Royals struggled.
James Allenby and Croft were the pick of the bowlers picking up 2 wickets a piece.
