Essex Eagles skipper James Foster has won the toss and decided to field first against the Lancashire Lightning at the County Ground in Chelmsford.
The Eagles come into the game as favourites but the Lightning will feel confidence of defeating the home side at fortress Chelmsford in the final Friends Provident t20 quarter final.
