Chapple wins the toss, Lightning bowl first

Lancashire Lightning skipper Glen Chapple has won the toss end elected to bowl first against the Leicestershire Foxes in the first of todays Friends Life t20 semi finals from Edgbaston.

Having missed most of the group stages, Chapple comes back into the team, replacing Pakistan international Junaid Khan who is away on international duty.

The Foxes have included veteran wicket keeper Paul Nixon who will retire from all forms of cricket after days Finals Day; the two time champions will be looking to send Nixon off on a high.
