Play will start at 5.40pm.
Essex Eagles have home advantage, after finishing top of the South Division, as they take on Yorkshire Phoenix in a floodlit match starting at 7pm.
Gloucestershire Gladiators, having finished top of their table, play last year’s semi-finalists Surrey Brown Caps at Bristol in a game starting at 5.30pm.
Nottinghamshire Outlaws host Northamptonshire Steelbacks at Trent Bridge in their quarter-final. Play starts at 5.30pm.
