As at 10am today, there were just over 1,000 tickets left for tonight’s eagerly awaited Twenty-20 Cup quarter final against Northants.
And the message to those interested in joining the packed crowd is that the remaining tickets are now on sale on a first-come-first-served basis.
Telephone and on-line bookings are no longer being accepted so the only option is to purchase tickets in person from the Ticket Office at Trent Bridge. The gates open at 3pm.
Said deputy chief executive Lisa Pursehouse: “Everything is set for a memorable evening but we do urge those that are coming to the game to arrive as early as possible.
“We have organised lots of entertainment around the ground - like a crèche, bouncy castle and face painter for youngsters and a fortune teller or bucking bronco ride - to keep spectators occupied until the action gets under way.
