The Nottinghamshire Outlaws will play the Surrey Brown Caps, winners in 2003, in one of the two Twenty20 Cup semi Finals at Trent Bridge.
The second semi final will see the Leicestershire Eagles, winners in 2004, take on Twenty20 Finals Day newboys Essex Eagles.
The draw was made live on Sky Sports tonight in the break of the Pro40 game at Hove.
Final details of the draw including start times will be confirmed by the ECB.
The four teams all secured their places in the Finals day after wins on Monday.
Surrey, who won the first Twenty20 Cup in 2004, are the favourites to win the competition for a second time, but there is no obvious outsider.
