Kent v Middlesex

Big-hitting Andrew Symonds flayed the Middlesex attack as Kent strolled home by seven wickets in a rain-affected Twenty20 Cup match at Maidstone.
The Aussie all-rounder blasted 18 fours and three sixes as his 43-ball 112 saw Kent chase 157 to win in 13.1 overs.
Symonds lost debutant opening partner Shahid Afridi for one before directing his stand of 91 with Alex Loudon (12).
The visitors posted 155-7 in an innings reduced to 18 overs, with Chad Keegan's 42 off 16 balls the highlight.
