Surrey v Middlesex
Surrey kept their perfect Twenty20 Cup record as they knocked Worcestershire out in the qurater-finals at The Oval.
Adam Hollioake was the star performer, hitting an unbeaten 45 off 29 balls and returning 3-31 to help the defending champions to a 14-run verdict.
Batting first, the Lions limped to 50-5 before Hollioake, who blasted two fours and three sixes, steered them to 145-7.
Despite opener Vikram Solanki's 33, the Royals were held to 131-8 with Hollioake taking wickets at the death.
Surrey, who defeated Warwickshire in last year's final, have never tasted defeat in the competition since its 2003 inception.
The Twenty20 Cup Finals day, which incorporates both semis and the final, will be staged at Edgbaston on 8 August.
