Glamorgan v Warwickshire
Warwickshire broke their Twenty20 Cup duck as spinner Alex Loudon bowled them to a 54-run win over Glamorgan.
The Welsh county were going well on 91-1 in reply to Warwickshire's team record total of 205-7, but Loudon's spell of 5-33 halted their charge.
Matthew Elliott hit 51 off 32 balls and Sourav Ganguly made 36, but Glamorgan lost their last five wickets for 19 runs as they were all out for 151.
Jim Troughton top scored with 42 for the Bears, beaten finalists in 2003.
They had been given a flying start by Neil Carter, who struck eight fours in his 38 off 23 balls at Swansea's tiny St Helens ground.
Troughton and Jonathon Trott (38) provided the acceleration with a stand of 61 for the fourth wicket.
Glamorgan shrugged off the early loss of Robert Croft for 11 as Elliott and Ganguly added 78, but both eventually fell to Loudon and the slump continued when Michael Powell was caught behind for a first ball duck off Carter.
David Hemp made 17 off 13 balls but wickets tumbled as Glamorgan tried to retireve the situation and they were all out in the 19th over when Dean Cosker gave a return catch to paceman Dewald Pretorius (2-22).
