Questions marks remain over the fitness of Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar ahead of their next Indian Premier League match against the Delhi Daredevils.
The 35-year-old is still waiting to make his IPL debut after suffering a recurrence of a groin strain while playing for India in the first Test against South Africa last month.
Tendulkar has been training with Mumbai this week, but the team will wait until Sunday before deciding whether he can face the Daredevils on Sunday.
"We will take a call on his fitness on May 4," team coach Lalchand Rajput told The News.
"Sachin had net practice today. There are still two more days to go for the match. Today he batted all right. Hopefully he gets all right before next match."
Indians have had a dismal start to their IPL campaign in the absence of Tendulkar, losing four of their five matches.
