Kumar Sangakkara has won the toss for the Kings XI Punjab and decided to bat first against the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Both sides lost their first game so they will be looking to bounce back today and get their campaigns under way.
"I think its going to be a good pitch. There is a bit of grass. Nice to see, it encourages the bowlers and the ball will come on to bat. I think it will swing more in the evening,” said Sangakkara.
“We have seven batsman, all top quality, we need to take responsibility. Vipul Sharma is in for Ramesh Powar," he added.
