Jayasuriya dropped, Knight Riders bat first

Sourav Ganguly has won the toss for the Kolkata Knight Riders and decided to bat first against the Mumbai Indians Brabourne Stadium..
The Knight Riders have made a number of changes to the team that was defeat by the Rajasthan Royals on Saturday. The biggest change sees Chris Gayle come into the lineup to start his first game in this years tournament.

Harpreet Singh and Mandeep Singh almost come into the team replacing Brad Hodge, Ashok Dinda and Manoj Tiwary.

The Indians have also made a few changes, Sri Lankan opening batsman Sanath Jayasuriya has been dropped and an injury means Ambati Rayudu will miss out.

Replacing the pair are Ryan McLaren and Shikhar Dhawan.
