The BCCI have ended their disciplinary committee meeting in Mumbai without ruling on the removal of interim-IPL chairman Chirayu Amin and BCCI vice-president Arun Jaitley from the committee.
The committee, set up to rule over the case against suspended IPL chairman Lalit Modi were set to discuss the claims made by Modi that Amin and Jaitley were biased against his case.

“There will be no further hearing on the issue of recusal and no date has been fixed for the decision,” said Mehmood Abdi, lawyer for Modi.

“The panel has legal luminary like Jaitley and I think the committee will take a decision after considering all the arguments counter arguments and rejoinder by both the parties,” he added.

The BCCI have said they will reach a decision but have set no time scale to make details public over the future roles of Amin and Jaitley in the disciplinary committee.
