The BBCI has postponed their disciplinary meeting which was arranged to discuss the charges of financial irregularities against suspended IPL commissioner Lalit Modi until tonight.
The meeting, which was scheduled to start at 10 am, has been moved back until tonight after one of its committee members, Jyotiraditya Scindia was unable to attend because of illness.
The BBCI released a statement saying the meeting had been rescheduled for tonight because Scindia had contracted a high fever.
"We have assembled in the morning at 10 a.m. for hearing. One of us, Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia, is unwell with very high fever. We spoke to him and he is willing to join the hearing in the evening as scheduled earlier," said a BBCI spokesman.
Once the meeting finally get’s underway the disciplinary committee will discuss the charges of financial irregularities set against suspended IPL commissioner Lalit Modi.
