Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat first against the Kochi Tuskers Kerala in a vital game at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

The Super Kings come into the game on the back of a two game winnings streak which leaves them just once victory away from securing their place in the IPL playoffs.

The Tuskers meanwhile will be looking to end their first season in the IPL with victory over the defending champions to leave Dhonis men needing to beat the Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday to secure a play off berth.

The Super Kings have kept faith with the line up which beat the Delhi DareDevils by 18 runs last week while the Tuskers bring in Muttiah Muralitharan to face his former team.

Chennai Super Kings team - M Vijay, MEK Hussey, SK Raina, MS Dhoni*, JA Morkel, S Badrinath, DJ Bravo, WP Saha, R Ashwin, DE Bollinger, SB Jakati.
