The Rajasthan Royals have signed England batsman Owais Shah as a replacement for former captain Shane Warne.
Warne, who retired from all forms of the game during the winter was skipper of the Franchise and led the Royals to IPL glory in 2008.
Shah will join up with his team mates later this month after enjoying a successful spell with the bat for the Hobart Hurricanes during the KFC Big Bash League in Australia.
The Englishmen has also represented the Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Daredevils and Kochi Tuskers Kerala during previous IPL tournaments.
