Put into bat by the Zimbabwe the Tigers got off to an bad start losing opener Nazmus Sadat for just 4, before Shahriar Nafees and Aftab Ahmed put on a 53 run partnership for the second wicket before Shahriar Nafees was bowled by Elton Chigumbura for 25.
A number of small partnership helped the score reach 166 with Mashrafe Mortaza top scoring with 36.
Zimbabwe were in trouble losing 3 wickets for just 35 runs before Hamilton Masakadza and Sean Williams steaded the ship with a Twenty20 internation recored stand of 59 for the 4th wicket.
