Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara has admitted Muttiah Muralitharan is set to miss today's Twenty20 International against India in Nagpur because of a bruising on his fingers.

"We don't have any injury worries apart from Murali who is probably out of tomorrow's Twenty20 tie because of bruised ligaments on his fingers," Sangakkara said to reporters yesterday.

Sanath Jayasuriya will open the batting for the Sri Lankans but Sangakkara suggested his position at the top of the order would be reviewed before the start of the ODI series which starts next week.

"Sanath will open in T20s. It's only in ODIs his opening the innings is not certain. He's excellent on the field and will put to shade even 20-year-olds. His bowling is also one of our most potent weapons," said Sangakkara.

Sri Lanka go into to todays games looking to bounce back from the 2-0 defeat they suffferd in the three test series against India which ended last week.
