The PCA’s hopes of posting a respectable total looked bleak after West Indian opener Chris Gayle departed early and they slumped to 56-6 at one stage.
But Singh led the late rally and skipper Martyn Ball rounded off the innings by hitting the last two balls for four and six.
The pick of the Faisalabad Wolves bowlers were Samiullah Khan and Imran Khalid who both recorded figures of 2-15.
