South Australia fast bowler Jason Gillespie will miss the Twenty20 match against Western Australia tomorrow due to illness.
The former Australia paceman has had nasal surgery as a result of complications from a bout of influenza, a SA Cricket Association spokeswoman said.
The match against the Warriors is meaningless in the context of the Twenty20 competition as Victoria has already booked a berth for the January 21 final courtesy of victories over the Redbacks and Warriors.
The other finalist will be the winner of tomorrow's fixture between Tasmania and New South Wales.
The Warriors also have had to reshuffle their lineup with captain Marcus North out with a broken finger sustained in club cricket yesterday.
