Australia put behind them the disappointment of losing their t20 International series against Pakistan by recording a commanding 94 run victory in the final match of the series at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Having set Pakistan a victory target of 169, Australia reduced the home side to a total of just 16-5 inside 5.1 overs to put the game beyond the reach of a shell shocked Pakistan side.
Mitchell Starc (3-11) and Pat Cummins (3-15) proved to be the pick of the Aussie bowlers to help the visitors bounce back from back to back defeats after they restricted Pakistan to a total of 74 with five balls left.
David Warner (59) and Shane Watson (47) led the way with the bat thanks to an opening stand of 111 after the Aussies had been put into bat by Pakistan skipper Mohammad Akram.
Glenn Maxwell smashed a quick fire 27 before Pakistan slowly worked their way back into the game with the quick wickets of George Bailey (3) and Cameron White to leave themselves facing a run chase of 169 to seal a 3-0 series whitewash.
