Dillion du Preez picked up 3 wickets in the space of fours balls to help the Chevrolet Diamond Eagles claim a 13 run win over the Nashua Dolphins at Kingsmead in Durban.
The Dolphins were set a target of 153 to win their first Pro20 game of the season and they were on course for victory before du Preez struck to remove Johann Louw (2), Daryn Smith (4) and Andrew Hall (0).
Loots Bosman (38) and Ahmed Amla (43) contributed with the bat for the Dolphins but once du Preez had struck the home side came up just shirt.
Earlier Morne van Wky (62) and Boeta Dippenaar (30) stared with the bat to help the Eagles reach 152/9.
