Robert Frylinck smashed two sixes and a four from the final three deliveries of the game to seal a dramatic 4 wicket victory for the Highveld Lions against the Nashua Cape Cobras.
Frylinck smashed 32 runs from just 12 deliveries to help the Lions seal victory during a 7th wicket partnership of 44 with Zander de Bruyn who scored a vital half century.
Faced with a run chase of 156 the Lions got off to the worst possible start losing Johnathan Vandiar (14), Alviro Petersen (7), Gulam Bodi (0) and Neil McKenzie (0) inside the first 6 overs.
Despite the early loss of 4 wickets de Bruyn and Frylinck steered the Lions to victory.
Having batted first the Cape Cobras reached 155-6 thanks to Justin Ontong (56), Owais Shah (42) and Dane Vila (24).
