Bravo impresses in warm up win
Dwayne Bravo hit a quickfire half-century as West Indies started their preparations for the World Twenty20 with a 14-run victory over Scotland at Wormsley. The Windies, who had previously failed to record a win since arriving in England last month, posted a total of 143 for six batting first, with Bravo smashing 51 not out from 30 balls and opener Andre Fletcher making 42. St Lucian all-rounder Darren Sammy then impressed with the ball, taking 3-25 to restrict Scotland to 129 for nine, despite Colin Smith’s run-a-ball 40. |
