Middlesex promote pink cricket

London commuters were treated to the unusual sight of a game of sky high cricket at Broadgate circus outside Liverpool street station on Thursday.

Middlesex were promoting their Twenty20 pink kit, in support of their partnership with Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

The county teamed up with Impact Artist's stilt walkers who were wearing the pink kit and entertained the city of London's workers on their way home.

Middlesex's Twenty20 matches in 2007 will take place on Monday June 25 at the Walker ground, Southgate, against Hampshire and Wednesday June 27 at Uxbridge cricket club against Kent.

The two matches at Lord's cricket ground will then take place on Tuesday July 3 against Surrey and Friday July 6 against Essex.
