Rose Bowl clash washed out
No play was possible at the Rose Bowl as the continued bad weather put paid to Friday's Twenty20 fixture.
The action was due to begin at 1930 BST but an inspection at 1800 led the umpires to abandon the match as the playing surface was declared unfit.
Hampshire and Middlesex were awarded a point apiece.
The lack of a result all but ends Hampshire's chances of progressing in the Twenty20 Cup as they remain rooted to the bottom of the South Division.
