Twenty20 organisers plan reschedule

The organisers of cricket's postponed Twenty20 Champions League plan to meet on December 8, probably in India, to see if they can reschedule this season.

The tournament, featuring each nation's top-two regional teams, was postponed after the terrorist attacks in Mumbai that killed more than 150 people.

Australia's representatives Victoria and Western Australia played a Twenty20 match in Perth last night in a scheduled warm-up for the event .... the Warriors won by eight wickets.

But both states are now without any cricket until they meet in a Sheffield Shield game from December 15.

Meanwhile, the second Test next month between India and England has been shifted from terror-hit Mumbai to the southern city of Chennai.
