Bears make it third time lucky against Royals
Warwickshire won the local derby honours as they beat Worcestershire by seven wickets to claim their first win of this year's Twenty20 Cup.
Jim Troughton (58) and Jonathan Trott (53no) produced a match-winning second-wicket partnership of 97 as the Bears reached 150-3 with 10 balls to spare.
Earlier, young seamer Keith Barker had starred with the ball, taking 4-19.
Only Steven Davies (73) and Daryl Mitchell (35) made double figures in Worcestershire's total of 148-6.
Davies's 48-ball effort was his first half century in his 27th game of Twenty20 cricket.
