Like last season, a total of 10 000 Hard Hats will be distributed to the first fans through the gates, while this summer a T-shirt cannon will propel more than 100 shirts into the crowd.

The Dunk Tank returns for its third year: every time a four or six is scored, a victim falls into the tub below.

The team dugouts have been revamped, and a two-seat version installed nearby occupied by lucky winners from various pre-promotion activities. A foam pit is another novelty, with foam cannons spewing masses of foam into the crowd.

If it all gets too much, spectators can cool off in the Chill Zone with a ton of frozen ice furniture, sculptures and blocks. Entrance to the Chill Zone is via the Pro20 competition on the FHM website.

Fans who want to vent their spleen, or delight, will now have access to broadcast booths where their remarks may be flighted across various channels in the DSTV bouquet.

Finally, don't forget Hardy, the much-loved Pro20 Mascot, who will be meeting the fans in his unique way in every match.
