Dravid to miss Twenty20 debut
India captain Rahul Dravid will miss India's inaugural Twenty20 international because of a finger injury.
Virender Sehwag will take over the captaincy for the matches in Port Elizabeth on Wednesday and at Centurion on Sunday.
Dravid sustained the injury while fielding in the slips in the third match in the series at Cape Town on Sunday.
The India skipper is awaiting the results of tests which will confirm whether he has suffered a fracture or ligament damage.
Only then will India know whether or not he will be fit for the forthcoming Test series against South Africa, which begins in Johannesburg on December 15.
Meanwhile, the Proteas have recalled Ashwell Prince for the final two matches of the one-day series, which they lead 2-0.
Prince has replaced fellow batsman Boeta Dippenaar in the only change to the squad which was on duty for the opening three matches.
"We have brought Ashwell Prince back into the squad to give us experienced options should we wish to change our top order batting," said Haroon Lorgat of Cricket South Africa.
Prince, 29, played the last of his 37 one-day internationals against Sri Lanka in Hobart on February 7.
The South Africans have also confirmed that wicketkeeper Mark Boucher, all-rounder Jacques Kallis and fast bowlers Andrew Hall, Andre Nel, Makhaya Ntini and Shaun Pollock will be rested for Friday's Twenty20 match in Johannesburg.
"We are fortunate to have talented players in reserve which allows us to rest some of our senior players," Lorgat said.
