Phoenix complete miracle comeback

Yorkshire Phoenix sailed through to the quarter-finals of the Twenty20 Cup when they chalked up their fourth consecutive win - by four wickets over Derbyshire Phantoms at Headingley on Friday night.
Andrew Gale got the Yorkshire reply to 119 for seven off to a cracking start with three cover boundaries in the first over from Tom Lungley, and Craig White's first two scoring shots against Kevin Dean were also fours.
Runs came thick and fast, with both batsmen striking Dean for six.
But in attempting another big hit in the same over, Gale was caught by Graham Wagg after 43 had been dashed up from four overs.
It was the start of a collapse which saw four wickets fall for six runs, White caught at point by Chris Taylor off Michael Dighton before Wagg dismissed Gerard Brophy and Jacques Rudolph in the space of three balls. Both fell to catches by Taylor.
The slump continued as Chris Gilbert moved out of his crease to Ant Botha and was stumped, and then Richard Pyrah was run out attempting a second.
At 68 for six in the 11th over, Yorkshire were in some difficulties.
But Anthony McGrath and Tim Bresnan applied themselves sensibly to see Yorkshire home with nine balls to spare. McGrath finished with 32 from 38 deliveries, and Bresnan 25 from 22 balls.
Dighton had sliced a six over point off Bresnan in the first over of the Derbyshire innings. But Yorkshire generally kept it tight in the early stages, and Jason Gillespie conceded only a single in his opening over.
Gillespie uprooted Dighton's middle-stump with a fine yorker to bring in Travis Birt, who cut his first ball for four. The South Australian fast bowler would have picked up another wicket if Darren Gough, diving to his left at mid-off, had held on to a fierce drive from Birt.
It was not long before Gillespie struck again, however - because Birt moved across his stumps and had his leg stump knocked back. A fine four-over spell for Gillespie ended with figures of 4-0-19-2.
Simon Katich lofted a ball from Jacques Rudolph over midwicket with a sweetly-timed stroke.
But at the 10-over stage, Derbyshire had managed only 58 for two - and they lost another wicket four runs later when Greg Smith attempted to sweep David Wainwright and was caught round the corner by Gillespie.
McGrath could not avoid stepping over the rope when he caught Botha at long-on off Wainwright, but two further wickets soon went down in an eventful first over from Gough who bowled Katich and then forced Botha into giving Gillespie a second catch.
In between, White slipped on the edge of the square while throwing to the wicketkeeper and had to leave the field for treatment on his shoulder.
Richard Pyrah bowled Wagg with his second delivery, making Derbyshire 109 for six - and the medium-pacer struck again as Tom Poynton was caught on the midwicket boundary by substitute fielder Nick Thornicroft.
