Ganguly elects to bat against Super Kings
Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and decided to bat first against Chennai Super Kings in the eleventh match of the Indian Premier League.
With two wins in their kitty, the Kolkata Knight riders and the Chennai Super Kings would battle for supremacy in their third league match of the IPL Twenty20 cricket tournament.
Sourav Ganguly-led Kolkata Knight Riders, leaders of the points table in the ongoing IPL Twenty-20 cricket tournament so far, have a slight edge in the bowling attack but Chennai Super Kings, with solid batting line up, would not give up easily since being desperate to reach the top of the table.
Though the teams on paper are well balanced, a total of 400 plus is expected to be posted in the match to be played in a feather bed strip.
The hosts boasts of opener Matthew Hayden and No. 3 Mike Hussey, who are capable of providing solid starts and Suresh Raina has been in good nick with the willow.
