Who will win the ultimate prize
After 44 days, 58 games, eight teams, and some incredibly tight matches, it all comes down to the grand finale of the inaugural DLF Indian Premier League.
There have been ups and downs, highs and lows, glitz and glamour, and controversies, but also some very high quality of cricket.
Quite fittingly, it is the tournament's best team, Shane Warne's Rajasthan Royals, against MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings and after one final three-hour session of wham bam cricket, one will know who's the best.
The success story of the Rajsthan Royals in the IPL has left everyone in complete awe.
The most prolific team of the tournament, who has lost just three games, will be missing opener Graeme Smith.
However, Shane Warne's arsenal is full, with youngsters like Swapnil Asnodkar and internationals like Shane Watson, all in top form.
"Sachin is a good friend of mine and we respect each other. He is the captain of Mumbai. The match is in Mumbai, so I'm hoping Mumbai's going to support us," said Shane Warne, the captain of Rajasthan Royals.
"I want Dhoni's side to take the cup," said Arjun Rampal, actor.
Chennai have lost both times they've played Rajasthan, and on one of those occasions, Warne got the better of Mahi, his opposite number. However, as far his captaincy goes, it looks like MSD just can't make a mistake.
"If I say I don't feel the pressure, then I'm lying. Of course there's a bit of pressure. At the same time if a bowler walks up to me, and sees that I am worried, I don't think he'll get the confidence to bowl. So, it is important to hide the pressure at that time, and it works for me," said Dhoni
What gives Mahi that extra point is the fact that throughout the tournament, he's had to deal with practically two different sets of players. That after the likes of Hayden and Hussey left after the first few games.
"He's calm, he doesn't panic and he experiments when needed. I think he's great for India, in both formats of the game," said Keppler Wessels, coach, Chennai Super Kings.
It's no coincidence that the final clash is between the two best captains in the tournament. And after two one-sided semis, fans will be hoping for an exciting finish to what has been a very successful tournament.
