Taylor leads the Foxes to victory at Edgbaston
James Taylor helped the Leicestershire Foxes round off a successful group stage with a five wicket Duckworth Lewis victory over the Warwickshire Bears at Edgbaston.
Taylor smashed 49 runs to help the Foxes cruise to victory with a ball to spare to complete their 10th victory to set up a home game against the Kent Spitfires in the Friends Life t20 quarter finals.
Having batted first, the Bears recorded a total of 166-8 thanks in part to Jim Troughton (46) and William Porterfield (37) who got the hosts off to a great start.
The Foxes forced their way back into the game thanks to Abdul Razzaq (3-29) and Claude Henderson (3-25) to leave the visitors with a run chase of 133 after the game was reduced because of rain during the interval.
