England salvage some pride after drawing series
England fought back to drew their t20 International series after they secured a commanding 28 run victory against South Africa in a rain affected match at Edgbaston in Birmingham.
Jos Butler was the star for the defending t20 World Cup champions thanks to a big hitting cameo of 32 from just ten balls which included two boundaries and three sixes to help England record a total of 118-5 from just 11 overs.
Craig Keiswetter (50) started the innings in style with a quick fire half century before Butler stole the show to help the defending t20 World Cup champions bounce back from losing the opening game in the series on Saturday at Chester Le Street.
Having come into the game looking to seal a series victory in the shortest format of the game, South Africa were disappointing with both the bat and ball with Wayne Parnell practically ineffective, conceding 37 runs from just two overs.
Hashim Amla offered the most resistantís with a score of 36 but with wicket falling at regular intervals the South Africans were restricted to a total of just 90-5.
